As Senior UX Design and Product Lead, with my team we designed the future of Jobcloud B2B, a solid and mobile first web application dedicated to Recruiters over Switzerland. They were able to post job ads on multiple platforms in one click, manage and communicate with candidates. In other side, professionals could add their services to the marketplace.

The goal of this project was to build a product, with actuals technologies and methods such as a Flexible Design System integrated with Angular.

Challenges were to deliver a viable product, quickly. We managed to do this by running User research in first step, create user journey and userflow. Then we built prototype and test it with User interview and iterate on this. Finally we built a Design System in Sketch and Abstract to insure quality Design with the all design team.
